In the second semester of my freshman year at DePaul, I was brought onto the Digital4Good + ICanHelp video production intern as a seasonal intern. With my time on the team, I created professional quality videos marketing the non-profit's message of teaching kids how to safely use the internet. These videos were then used as advertisements for sponsors and other potential sponsors who donated and funded Digital4Good + ICanHelp's work. These organizations included; Google, The Aaron Judge Foundation, Verizon, and many others. Not only did I enhance my video editing skills and learned to schedule my time between working and a full time education, this internship directly correlated to my major of PR and Advertising by learning marketing techniques, and helped streghten my video editing skills which fall within my film production minor.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Communications for the Illinois Xi chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. In my role, I not only develop SigEp as a brand and identity through promotional material on social media and with a SigEp newsletter, but communicate with oragnizations on campus and in greek life to coordinate events. The posts on social media showcase events hosted by the fraternity, include a weekly "Brother of The Week" post and story highlights which contain information pertaining to the fraternity. As Vice President of Communications I also work as an admin on the SigEp website, where I update information regarding the fraternity when necessary.

During the second semester of my senior year, I was presented with the opportunity to collaborate with the organiozation 'A Kid Again'. Founded with the intention of bringing support and awareness to children with debilitating illnesses and their families, 'A Kid Again' is a midwest based non-profit with a history of over 20 years. During my time with the group from January to April of 2023, I worked alongside their 'Students Creating Smiles' campaign team to help visualize a brand and create a video for their mission. In doing so, I not only gained experience in working with professionals, I also created a video with the intention to gain support and donations to 'A Kid Again' from schools across the country. For the video, I edited the images and footage of 'A Kid Again's' different reatreats and events, along with doing voice work and graphics for the final cut as well. The organization's 'Students Creating Smiles' campaign aims to garner K-12 and student-lead activism for 'A Kid Again' through volunteer-based events such as the ones displayed in the video.
Throughout my senior year of high school in Multimedia Journalism II, I hosted and produced a monthly news installment called The Rundown. Each month, I would recap my school news' most impressive or important stories covered by the rest of the class. While I edited the video together and provided voiceovers for the video like I did with the rest of my videos from class, this project was solely ran by me, and had no intervention from my teacher or anyone else, giving me a new level of responsibility I had never had before. Here, I learned how to manage my time, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
